The Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) is the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) software system designed to facilitate legitimate trade. Our company is linked directly with U.S. CBP by computer for all entry filings as well as accessing information as to cargo release and / or other actions of CBP and other agencies. In addition, ACE provides our company with a centralized automated source to access status reports with each Partner Government Agency ( PGA ) and that would include but not be limited to USDA, FDA, DOT and other entities that may be involved in an import transaction. The fact we are electronically linked with CBP provides a faster, more efficient importing process.
